Let’s do it like this, number one was Environmental Station Alpha.
I finally beat Dragon Quest VI, the DS verison. It has been a long journey that
started in christmas 2013 when I got the game. This is the third one that I
have played, the other two are Dragon Quest 4 on DS and Dragon Quest 8.
I have never been a big fan of the series but I think that I like it more
and more after every beaten game!
It has been the same with all three games, in the beginning they are quite
boring with the same old story and characters but as soon as the worlds start
to open up it gets really fun to explore and find the perfect spot to hunt
metal slimes, hehe. In total it took about 55 hours to beat but I did explore
almost everything and was lost for quite some time, in the end a solid game
and I might even play the far more beautiful SNES version one day.
Somehow I needed more Dragon Quest and couldn’t help but to try the
SNES version (emulated) of the very first game… I ended up beating it
in one sitting! I was surprised by how small the game was and the fact that
you only play as one character, VERY unique in turn-based RPG’s and
something that I really like. To me the game actually felt more like Zelda 2
or something than a Dragon Quest and I did enjoy it.
Next time I will return to world of Dragon Quest it will either be the
SNES version of Dragon Quest 2 or maybe 9 on the DS, hmm.
For now I will focus on Wild Arms 4!

Mina topp-3 är nog 5, 8, 9.
Har däremot inte spelat mer än någon timme av DQ1 till NES, ska nog fixa SNES-ver istället, aldrig prövat DQ2, har DQ3 påbörjat till SNES, riktigt snyggt och mysigt, och slutligen DQ7 som står i hyllan men är lite rädd för att starta det då jag hört att det ska vara LÅNGT 🙂
Sen finns det ju en del sidotitlar men inget man bör prioritera framför huvudserien.
Missa inte 5:an bara!
Coolt att klara ettan i en sittning! Hur långt var det ungefär? Jag antar att man balanserat upp svårighetsgrad kontra levlandet och antalet strider jmf med NES-versionen.

Det låter bra, då har jag ju två av dom bästa delarna framför mig! Femman ska såklart spelas det med men det brukar alltid vara mycket dyrare att köpa än dom andra delarna till DS så jag har väntat med det köpet. Sjuan har jag också haft i hyllan i åratal men bara testat lite grann just eftersom det tar dom flesta 100+ timmar att bara ta sig till slutet… Det låter dessutom som att vi ska få 3DS versionen på engelska så kanske blir det att man spelar den i så fall.
I ettan tappade jag bort tiden men garanterat under 10 timmar, kanske 7-8? Tvåan verkar dock vara ett större projekt och det utspelar sig faktiskt i samma värld fast dom klassiska 100 åren senare.

I must start playing the Dragon Quest games. I need to get a DS or 3DS, so I can play the games I have. Might have to emulate DQ1 if it wasn’t that long.
